Craig Fauver

A passionate real estate expert rooted in the charm of Staunton, VA, nestled in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. A proud Hokie grad from Virginia Tech (Class of 2007), Craig initially brought their skills to Washington, DC as a middle school social studies teacher. Their journey led them to real estate in 2010, quickly becoming a full-time Realtor and then a broker-owner in 2014. Driven by a desire to help others succeed, they began building a team of agents in 2019. Craig continued to expand their knowledge and services, becoming a title agent in 2020 and a loan officer in 2023. When not assisting clients, you can find them enjoying the company of their pets, cultivating their garden, tackling home improvement projects, hitting the golf course, or cheering on their favorite sports teams (Go Fins! Go Nats!). They also enjoy foosball, staying informed on current events and history, and exploring the latest in technology.
