Jim Eyre

With several decades of extensive experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, Jim Eyre has dedicated his professional life to helping individuals and families achieve their dreams of home ownership.
Jim entered the real estate profession right out of college in 1976. Quickly becoming a leader in his local market, he and four builders developed a successful new construction program from scratch. In addition to listing and selling homes, Jim spent seven years in property management, and was an integral part of the management team of two different real estate firms.
Entering the mortgage industry in late 1992, he quickly became known as “the home loan man” by many of his clients and real estate brokers he worked with, due to his extensive pre-existing knowledge of what they needed from a good loan officer. He has served as “Preferred Lender” for many different builders.
In his personal life, Jim is the proud father of two daughters with advanced college degrees, who have excelled in their chosen fields. Both are married with children, and Jim loves being an involved and participatory grandfather.
