Brandon “Bee” Dixon is an experienced mortgage broker, branch manager, recruiter, and Texas-licensed real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience in sales, leadership, and client service. Known as “The Ownership Guy,” Brandon is committed to helping individuals and families overcome obstacles and achieve sustainable homeownership.
With access to more than 300 lenders and an extensive selection of loan programs, Brandon specializes in first-time homebuyer financing, down payment assistance, VA and FHA loans, DSCR investor loans, HELOCs, self-employed borrowers, and complex loan scenarios. He is especially passionate about rescuing transactions that have been delayed or declined elsewhere.
