With over four decades of experience in the mortgage and real estate industries, Jerry Calnin brings a deep well of knowledge, leadership, and integrity to his role as Branch Manager at NEXA Mortgage in Wrightstown, Wisconsin. His career spans from originating all types of residential loans—conventional, RD, VA, FHA, and WHEDA—to building and managing high-performing mortgage teams across the state.
Jerry is known for his hands-on approach, training and mentoring loan officers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, Realtors, and industry partners. His leadership has earned him multiple industry honors, including President’s Club and Most Profitable Branch recognition.
Outside of work, Jerry and his wife Carol enjoy camping, bicycling, gardening, and home hobby projects like woodworking. Whether on the trail or in the backyard, Jerry values craftsmanship, nature, and quality time with family.
