I have been actively marketing and financing real estate since 1983, First as a REALTOR@ selling real estate and as a owner of two real estate companies and Broker/Owner of the second company. In 1992, I began financing real estate full-time and made President’s Club in my second year with a national mortgage brokerage. In 1994, following a merger, I changed employers and began originating mortgage loans for a local independent community bank serving as their Senior Mortgage Loan Officer up until my departure in April 2022.
